Refund policy

Effective Date: 05/15/24

1. General Policy

  • Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • A $35.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items.

2. Exceptions

  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • Special orders are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at cavanaloutdoorsupplies@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to be returned
    • Reason for return
    • Name
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item(s).
  • The refund amount will be adjusted for the restocking fee.
